ask any travel agencies in the Philippines if they do paper work for visa processing, in Japan they do visa processing for group tours but not all companies...or google and look for travel agencies that offers tour group in the Philippines going to Japan.
Even they did the visa processing, not a100 percent you can enter the country,, as I had try to enter US for a group tour, it was very rough because they did questioned me at the airport and I thought I could not make it, but I have lots of documents with me and my intention was real and geniune that I would only stay there for one week so they allowed me to enter..
even in Japan, make sure you have all the documents when you are in tour group, I have been in and out of Japan, but I still found it is very strict there, national or tourist or permanent..
hope you could make it... good luck...

Yes. I think so. If you come to Japan as tour group, no worries.
Ask and talk local travel agency.
However, if you are hoping to get any working permit, Japan government started confinement program of entertainment visa for Philippine since last year.
I heard there are already too many Philippines in Japan.
and the government have found many fake marriage problems, too.

Ohayou! Kitty des!

Agencies usually do all the work for you... ask what their services cover... you should look for those agencies in your local phonebook... and don't forget to check if the agency is legitimate from the dept. of foreign affairs... don't just hand over your hard earned money...

Good luck! Have a good time in Japan!

Your best bet is to contact the agencies directly and call them.

Also call the Japanese Embassy and find out all the info that you'll need.

Good luck and have fun!! I am in Japan and have some Filipino friends. I hear the Japanese Embassy is strict! I hope you don't have any problems.
