Well, I'd stop working for a start. I'd have to live off the land, learn to hunt and fish, I'd learn to fly jets so I could explore and find the remaining 1% of human life and hopefully, if there are any females, have fun starting the human race again!

Well that still leaves a population of 60 million. Depends on who's left behind, but that's more than viable gene pool left over there, so I guess I'd be looking to start things over again. Civilisation would still be in place so we'd just gut the cities and what-not for resources, power stations wouldn't be needed for such a population density so we'd use solar panels with generators as backup and take things from there I guess. Might even make a better job of it if that happened, and according to some people it could still come to that, if global warming has it's way then the equatorial latitudes could be uninhabitable by the end of this century, we'd all have to live at the poles! Shock horror!

If I was with the 1% who survived I would probably have a lot of fun with the now free stuff everywhere but then I would get bored and start a garden or something. And of course the animals might start venturing closer to me over time and I would have to fight them...That doesn't sound fun I want to be with the other 99%

Sounds good to me.
If it's only the people that disappear, there'd be warehouses full of stuff to keep you going for the rest of your life.
Otyherwise, just go back to nature. Grow stuff, build a little shack, enjoy the peace and quiet. Frankly, I wouldn't want to re-populate the earth. There's far too many people and most of them are selfishly ******* the place up for everyone - including the other species we share the planet with.
I would miss Champions League football, though.

I wouldn't want to be with the 1% left on the earth, what a horrible thought.
The animals and whatever (if they survived) would love it without us keep stepping on the or killing them though. But would cows etc survive without humans. Would 1% of people left be enough to survive, I guess 1% is quite a lot really, so yeah maybe I could be one of them.

I'd be quite lonely I guess. If my friends and family don't disappear with the 99%, I think it should be fine. I think our lives will sort of reverse back to ancient time. Simpler life I mean. We won't be able to enjoy so much high-tect things and services but it's not too bad actually. We'll survive.

I'd go wild with all the free stuff, finally I'd be able to have a really big mansion, fast cars (and you'd be able to drive really fast cos they wont be anyone else in your way), never have to pay for anything so I'd have loads of clothes and they'd never go out of fashion because there wont be people around changing it. Strut around naked!!!
