To get a subpoena requires you to go to court and it is highly unlikely any court will give you one. Your best bet would be to ask the company, but I do believe you are going to be out of luck trying to go that route, because they relay billions of messages and to save them ties up equipment and is not economical. .

Are these messages for someone else and not yours? Hhhmmmm.. I think it is illegal. The effect of a subpoena depends on the laws that apply to a specific place. SInce what you want to happen may mean invasion of one's privacy and there may be laws that protect the rights of phone subscribers. I am afraid that you can't. (It is like the bank secrecy law... that unless you are authorized by the account holder, you cannot in any way retrieve bank statements of other people - not even with a subpoena.)
