If you are using Internet explorer, follow this...
1. Go to Tools and CLick on Internet options
2. Go to Content Tab
3. Click on Auto Complete
4. Check all the boxes there and press Clear Forms
That should do it...

open Internet options, or browser options, or search engine options, and click delete URLs and searches. wording might be different, but basically in the options there are buttons you can click to erase those searches
