If you are her best friend, you have to tell her. But first, find out as much as possible, the ways to get rid of the odor...This way, she knows you care.

Why not have a 'girlie' night in and pamper eachother with bubble baths and make overs, then maybe approach the BO problem without actually coming straight out with it, You could buy her a nice basket with lots of nice smelling things like bath bombs, bubble bath etc, but on the other hand if your best friends then maybe you should just tell her straight, I'm sure she'd much rather it came from you then a group of people standing round gossiping about her, she'd be very hurt too if she found out you'd known before and not told her.

Um she may have VD. Buy her a gift basket from Bath and Body works and put some deoderant with it and tell her you know someone that would love to see how it smells. But if her cootie is stinky then she needs to make a bee line for the doctor.

some people do stink to me, while the world smells a rose. smokers are rank!! you need to share with her before someone else does. she will wonder why you didnt.. where is here family on this? Is here home dirty with bad hygeine?? there are a lot of issues that must be addressed to know why she stinks, and then if you get to why, you can move to good clean interventions and keep a good clean friend.

It's better to hurt than to suffer yourself. Or in other way, print a note about how stink she is and secretly put in her purse or wallet or whatever she will open and see. When she saw the note, definitely she will ask you, and then you may try to nod when she pop you the question.
Alternative way, buy her a perfume and ask her to use it for goodness sake.

when your shopping pick her some wash that you use and say how much you love it and she can use it at your house if she wants before she wastes her money on it, then have a slleepover and have a girly night and get her in the BATH, ilove this this perfume, try some and spray on her before letting her answer whether she wants some or not xxxxxxxxxxxxx good luck xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

hope she's not reading your question then!! She cant be your best mate if you cant tell her , First of all if the smell were that bad you would'nt be able to be her best mate and second there isnt anything I would'nt tell my best mates nothing at all!!

just get her into lots of different fragrences and perfumes etc. you dont actually have to tell her. go shopping (boots/ body shop etc) pick out loads test loads spend a bit and have fun while dealing ith the issue

buy her smellies for bday/christmas/friday
when you see her apologise you smell a bit, use a spray and ask her if she wnts some
failing that just be honest she will thank you in the long run
