The happiest people on earth are the people who enjoy the simple things in life. But in regards to a country it's very difficult to say. Perhaps it's the Greeks, maybe even the Brazilians.

Maybe it's the people from Bhutan, where the government has decided to run the country specifically to make their people happy, rather than run it to increase gross national wealth.
