Drink lots of water, and wash your face at least twice a day. Never pinch your pimples, the bacteria will spread. And use something like tea tree oil on the affected areas after washing.

Firstly, don't take tense & use antiseptic soap. Wash your face with water only as much as possible atleast 5-6 times a day. If it will not help to cure your pimples then apply lemon on your face at night.

dont touch them and most importantly dont SQUEEZE THEM. see a derm for this, they will give you medicine for it. even though they are very expensive, they are really good and effective.

if your doctor give you antibiotics, all i can say is that once you stop your antibiotics all the pimple will come back again. but this doesnt mean that you have to take antibiotics for the rest of your life.

now i just use a very mild but good cleanser to wash my face twice a day. get sulphur or Benzoyl Peroxide cream from the pharmacy. they really help to dry up the pimples. but they can cause peeling.

Try proactive. If you can't afford that, get some type of facial cleanser and use it morning and night, along with an oil free moisturizer. If you have moderate or severe acne you may need a topical antibiotic such as benzaclin which is available from your family doctor.
