I use Norton Internet Security to keep my computer virus free. The internet version continually checks for spyware, trojans, and viruses. Plus it does a live update so that when new viruses are made it will recognize them. It costs about $30 at Walmart.

if u have yahoo tl bar ,as u scroll ur mouse over it u can see anti spy tool,click on it and download antispy it sucks all the spyware and click remove all after scaning,once u download it it will guide u ..simple other sites u can download this is from www.downloads.com

PD: If you can not browse the web I recomend to take off your hard drive from your computer and put it as slave in another computer that has antivirus and antispyware software and cleanup your hard drive.
