ok..ill help but know what your problem s not that hard..
ask the guy if who does he prefer or like most..and then if he tells you the truth then that's the time that you will tell your friend..
think of it..if you tell your friend that you like him then the guy likes your friend,thats totally painful and embbarassing..right? so ask the guy first.. BE CONFIDENT in askin.. ok.. good luck

who got the guy first and also with whom the guy is more interested will decide who will be out of the game and please be strong enough to face if its you understand one thing that the releation wont continue for long if u get the guy by force or cheat

if not introudce your firend to another guy
if not be fair and ask him who he likes more
