I am planing on building a reletivly small fish farm to open a small business. and i couldnt find any infos on : the recommended instructions for the pool size ,volume,..etc. plus the way feeding and breeding the fish ( cat fish) .any information well be appreciated.

Do your homework, all your questions require research based on lots of things.
Find a niche market to supply.
Have LOTS of avilable money sitting there...
