Good and Bad are just illusions of the mind. Other wise the mind is the only thing that can percieve good and bad... if you can't tell the difference then maybe there is some kind of brain damage... But yeah, I think fruit is good and doing the wrong thing even when you know it is wrong is bad. If you can't understand this then don't try to... not many can understand the workings of my mind. :)

Bad:meat,eggs,fish....
Drinks: fresh fruit juice,pure water
Bad:whisky,all alcoolic drink,coffee,tea...all intoxicating,...
Work,good:organic agriculture,handicrafts..
Work:all work like slaughterhouses-transporting dead bodies of animals or selling them-robot like factory work-high interest banking....
Leisure,good:non competitive sport...dancing in group...singing
Bad:sex,xcept for procreation-comptitive sport...etc..

It is good for you which make unhappy for very short period and
make you happy for much longer period.
It is bad for you if your action or situation make you happy for
short period but bring problem, curse and unhappiness for much
longer period.
