Umm...first of all 2 points to me.
Next order of business...answering this question:
Keep in mind that I dated a guy that wasn't fully out of the closet in junior high school and one bisexual that screwed me over last year. Here goes:
No, he is not necessarily gay. It could have a really funny story behind it, actually. AND what do you mean by "friend"? What's great is that I just heard a story in sociology class about a guy that had very feminine features and used "gay" gestures and mannerisms that was adamantly NOT gay...it all goes back to "don't judge a book by its cover". So, if you're still unsure of what his sexual preference is, ask him what the story behind the picture is...and if you're STILL in the dark, then ask him "straight up"...no pun intended ::bows anyways:: whether he is sexually attracted to the guy or any guy for that matter....whether or not he is homosexual, bisexual, or heterosexual.
There, problem solved...

its summer theres a whole lot of guys walking about with out there shirts on you cant base your decision on that alone either you've noticed other things or your just jumping to conclusions have you thought of asking him & whatever the answer is does it matter

No i dont think so because when it comes to guys, hey compete with eachother when it comes to therre body just like females... So you ask yourself this are girls lesbians when they have a picture of there girl with clevege showing on her phone?

Not nessassarly. If it's his wallpaper and looks like something from pinup mag and the friend hasn't saved him from certain death, then maybe. But he may just be really close to the friend and is trying to pimp him out to the ladies.
