How do you rid your place of palmetto bugs?

I was wondering how to get rid of palmetto bugs, somewhat like cochroaches. I keep finding them in my apartment and getting rid of them, but they keep coming back... PLEASE HELP!!

Call the exterminator. They can spray the perimeter of your apartment. We lived in Florida and this worked for us.
