You shouldn't take no pills at all. There is always something wrong with them or they damage you more then help. Just change your eating. Try to work a walk in your day and then you won't need the pills. Cause alot of those have ingredients that just mess up your insides. So it's better to be healthy and do things that seem less easy of a way out.

Go natural....
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
I tried Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:
Asker's Rating: *****
very good comment i lost 2 lbs in a week
i think i can almost get in my leather dress, i can hit the town in no time
**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
You can read a good article about how it works at:

no, no ,no. There are pills that can stimulate your brain to make you feel like you have more energy, you have heard of speed? Or they make pills that make you feel fuller, but the true diet is one of less food, more body use. Go to your local chapter of weight watchers, your M.D. a dietian, or local gym for true guidence in weight loss and control.

No, there isn't.
Most diet pills are dangerous. You can get addicted, which leads to heart problems among other things.
