i clean my room spotless once a week.. and a while ago i see a bunch of ants going under my couch.. immediately i sprayed stuff on them and mopped them out.. i thought maybe my lil sis left candy on the floor since shes in my room sometimes and found an unopended peice of chocolate.. do ants go for that stuff even if its not opened?.....
and another thing.. since her room is next door and she has junk.. would they pass through my room to get to hers?

I am absolutely fasinated by these creatures! You need to find where the ants are coming from first, there is probably a nest ( ant hill of sand in a corner or corner of doors) look around. Normally they will only come if food is around, If there is no ant hill of sand anywhere then you just need to find out what's attracting them and it is usually food or some dead insect for sure.

figutr out where they are coming in at and put down a thin line og chyanne pepper. They won't cross this. But if you have other pets, make sure they don't get into it either.

Yes...you need to keep your room clean and you need to find out why they are going to her room and more importantly you need to find out where they are coming in from outside and attack the problem at the source.

Find out where they are coming in and draw a chalk line. They will not cross a chalk line.
