The skin itches intensely and the site of itching changes its place as I scratch. White lines are found at the place of scratching. This dryness is through out the year. Sweating is almost nil except at the axilae. If I apply moisturising creams the itching increases. Can you suggest some suitable creams or medicines for this problem? This dryness of skin is conrinuing from our forefathers (Heriditary). If I go to the sea shore areas this aggravation is little less. If I dont apply any cream to my body white coating like ash will be seen on the feet, palms and arms. Is it some serious disease? It is from a long time (say 50 years) I am suffering. I am aged 62. I find more wrinkles on the skin since my childhood. I mean the skin is not tight with the body as usually we find with others. Help me please!

Get some antifungal cream... it's athlete's foot.

Use E45 cream, which you can get from your local chemist shop.
