In developing countries we observe in general that the corruption has entered in politics to some extent. This is highly alarming and going to eat the economy of such countries. We must find global ways to see that corrupt people are shown way out and save the poor population of the third world.

Stop foreign aid which funds third world dictatorships. Pull out western government intervention, since they are rarely ever able to achieve any of their stated goals, anyhow. Let the corrupt regimes run out of money. Eventually, they will be unable to pay for the rottweilers that keep the masses down. Then the poor people have a fighting chance of beating their poverty.
As a side note, power has a way of attracting the the most corrupt, self-serving members of society. So to see it in other countries, as well as my own, comes as no surprise.

There needs to be an independent body which oversees governments and is powerful enough to sort them out.
Set up an international organisation which has control of the military of all member states (who join voluntarily). The job of the organisation is to enforce the member states' own constitutions. When a countries leaders are suspected of corruption, the organisation has total freedom to go and investigate and arrest the politicians if necessary.
