The only way I know of to be the same size after pregnancy, is to exercise and eat right throughout all of pregnancy...as well as after delivering the baby. Which I didn't do. The only way you won't have to do this is if you are really lucky and have a good metabolism. You should do breathing exercises and stretches right after delivery and for the first few weeks. Then 4-6 weeks after you should start doing things like walking, aerobics, swimming, and other moderate exercises. I've also heard that breastfeeding burns more calories, but it just made me more hungry and gain weight. With some determination I know it can be done. Good Luck!

Hi,
Well I have not conceived yet but I have seen my friends return to their original size after pregnancy. Its believed that after delivery within 2 days u must do some message and wrapping to remove air from the body.Certain medicinal value food is also needed.Usually if u give birth at a younge age it will be easier u loose the extra pounds.I have seen this thru my friends experience.

I did. Then I gained weight due to what I call "Mommy eating". I sometimes didn't eat due to not enough tome, sometimes I ate too much because I was so hungry, I ate fast cooking things that are not so good for you...You get the idea.

Just eat healthy during and after pregnancy. Exercise as much as your doctor will allow, and you'll do OK.

Good Luck!!

it would be easier to go back to your original size when you're in your twenties, but once you reach 30s, your metabolism slows down and it becomes hard to slim down. having more babies also doesn't help. and then, there's genetics. if you're family is on the plump side, chances are....
