no but did you know that really dont need 8 hrs you just need 6 to 7 and that studies show that ppl who sleep more live shorter lives i read it in a magazine

Its been proven in studies that sleep does in fact promote growth and a general healthier lifestyle. People although have a different sleep pattern so you must do what is most appropriate for you. They do suggest 6-8 hours are what you need

I think I messes up your body, I'm on the same schedule as you. I'm trying to break it. I can see that my waist line isn't as nice as when I sleep during normal hours (at night instead of when the sun is coming up)
PEOPLE that sleep more hours LIVE LONGER LIVES,,, don't know what below is thinking it's been proven you will gain weight and short life if you don't sleep enough and most people UNDER sleep 8- 10 hours is BEST.

Natural daylight is essential for mental health and normal physical development. So sleep at night and get outside as much as possible during the day.

Sleeping is when a body does its growing, its re-organization of the mind, resting of the muscles, etc.
Excessive sleeping won't cause you to not grow, if anything it might give you an inch.
