Your "system" seems to be smarter than its owner... It decided to take a break and let you go and learn some english, then learn how to ask a question, then learn how to deal with hardware problems and at the end learn to debug a nonresponsive functional piece of hardware.

You mean the machine refuses to boot? How far did the boot go? Did it show the initial screen right after you turn it on but won't show the Windows flash screen? If so, check the CMOS. Restart the computer and quickly press Del or F2 to enter CMOS. Check the settings. WARNING: If you don't know what you are doing, don't mess around with CMOS.

are you saying your computer won't start or you can't get online? What is "enter into the system" ? What do you mean by 'system' ?

check power supply heard any nosie from the tower,check plug. are you handy with your hand? any sound from hard drive? cpu fan , led light on the board ? check the troubleshooting list.
