high-level business model document?

I have been asked to supply a high level business model document and am not quite sure what this should include or the layout. I have been searching for software for a new business venture and have been asked by a world leader in software to supply this to them - any ideas?

I would guess its a Business Plan.

Possibly if its a technical software product youre working on its a project plan (software development) but more likely a plain old business model.
