Keep it clean. If it always stinks and you've tried everything you can thing of, ask a doc.
Also be sure not to stick it in smelly places. A vagina is fine, I mean don't have sex with wet toilet paper (I put nothing past people these days, you know).

Are you uncircumcised? Wash your dick well with soap and water and dry it well. You have to retract the foreskin when you pee so that urine won't accumulate inside the prepuce which make it smells like rotten cheese. If that's not the reason you can also apply a dab of antiperspirant/deodorant to your groin after shower.

Get in shower (on a daily basis) Apply soap to genital region. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. Dry well.

Clean it thoroughly every time you take a piss or a shower. If it doesn't clear up, talk to a doctor, it could be an infection.

Well you can start by getting water as hot as you can stand it and use some soap with a wash rag and then after you are done that... STOP SCREWING DIRTY WOMEN!!!

you could always try washing it with soap twice a day...or you could just cut it off.
