when i wiped again it had gone , the blood wasnt out the front it was out the back

That just sounds like a small hemorrhoid.
If you saw the color red, that is what it is probably. Very common in pregnant women. They heal easily. If you feel discomfort, just use preparation H.
If you were bleeding internally, you would have seen digested blood in your stool,which is black.
If you see black steaks in your stool, then you need to see your doctor but i'm just betting that it is either a little blood vessel that broke or a hemorrhoid.
Nothing to worry about unless it got worse.

If it's bright red blood, it's probably nothing to worry about. If you strained too hard, you could have ruptured a small blood vessel, or you could very well have pregnancy-related hemmorhoids. If your stool is black, that means you haev blood in it from somewhere internally (stomach) and requires you to go to the emergency room.

Did you feel any kind of pain? Is so, the tissue might have torn a little bit which causes blood. That happens to me alot.

on your next visit ask the doctor unless it happens again. It is probably hemmoroids, but of course only doctor knows best.

if your with a freak you have to be carfull ive been told that if they such your **** to hard they can actully be like a lech and suck a hole into blood lines nasty but true thank god for those blood suckers ha ha

hmm..you shoudl go to the doc, any signs of blood is questionable..specially if youre pregnant , the only time i bled i had passed the mucous plug..so go and see,,

you got hemroids hun its normal during pregnancy just start drinking plenty of water eats lots of fibre
