I think Germany 3 Argentina 1 because Argentina's last game with Mexico was nothing The first goal was not their goal it took them all the game to do something
Germany is strong , is host and they have agressive attac, and the last game Sweden couldn't do anything.

im going for germany. argentina would really have to step it up because they barly won against mexico. im mexican and i hate to say it but the mexican team wasnt one of the best out there and argentina barly got past them. with that in mind, how can they defeat the host country. home team always have bigger advantage, especially in a big even like this. i think it will be a difficult game but germany will come on top, 2-1. there hasnt been too many goals scored in any single games so itll be 2-1. (even tho the 6 by argentina and 4 by spain in the first round were exceptions)

I really do think that this is THE match of the quarter finals. If you look at the two teams, you will see that they are quite balanced except at the back where Ayala and Heinze are far better than the German defenders.
i think that, if Germany can score first, they'll go and win the match but if the game draws on, my money would be on Argentina.

I'm afraid that this match is very likely to go to a penalty shootout. Judging from the level of play from these two teams so far, Argentina barely getting by Mexico and Germany's relatively convincing wins....I think it is a tossup in the purest sense.
