If you reboot (restart) your system everyday, then you can goto connections and double click on your internet connection icon.

For example if you connect to internet using ethernet/lan connecion then just double click on the icon on the task back and look at the duration it would show you total time its been connected.

look at the right bottom corner of ur screen.There is a local area connection icon.Right click on it and click status & u will find the duration the computer has been on line each day.

there are programs for this, and you could also see one of the Network Connection properties' to see how long the connectin have been connected.
