Well: the 5 senses that could be used for communication are sight, sound, touch, taste and smell.

The only common senses they have are: smell, taste and touch. The first two don't seem worth looking at as there isn't much you could communicate with them.
That leaves touch. Dumb would need to get Blind to feel the two of them whilst 'roaming'... i'm not sure what you think about that!

They can't both use sight or sound naturally, which leaves a few possible methods: like some other suggestions they could use some technology that translates written words into sound. You have already ruled out braille and morse code, which leaves somekind of outside inteference. You have said there isnt another person, but I wonder if Blind has a guide dog that could be used in some way? Or possibly Dumb could convince Blind's wife or Deaf to own up?

Those are my thoughts!

Dumb will take blind to where ever deaf is doing his wife, and blind will catch them in the act using his hearing, smell, and touch senses

HE COULD ALSO MAKE THE SIGN LANGUAGE SYMBOLS IN THE BLIND GUYS HAND. SOME BLIND ARE LITERATE WHEN IT COMES TO ASL.
HE COULD USE A BRAILLE WRTER TOO. IT'S KEY BOARD IS LIKE A COMPUTER KEY BOARD AND IT PRINTS THE TEXT IN BRAILLE.
THERE IS ALSO A COMPUTER PROGRAM THAT VOCALIZES THE INFORMATION ON THE SCREEN FOR THE BLIND. SO HE COULD ALSO SEND HIM AN E-MAIL.
ENOUGH SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEM?
