There is no plans as of yet for them to make a punisher Tv series..but if tv stations think they can get ratings theywill put on anything.. thats why cbs put on commander and chief, nbc had heist and inconceivale about sperm donors.. look at what these show are doing know.. ohh wait you can't they got cancelled !!!!
but yeah they make more superhero tv shows if the higher ups at tv stations feel they can make money from the properties...

There were 3 Blade movies before the series. Blade, Blade 2, and Blade Trinity.
They'll only do it if the blade series picks up enough popularity and think they can get just as big an audience from the punisher.
They made a Spiderman TV based off the movies, and you see how that's doing.
Wait a minute, you can't. It's no longer on the air. Oh, well, I found the blade series tolerable, so I hope it runs for at least one season.

They are making another Punisher movie? Why? The first was was cheesey enough for one lifetime.
