You can tell her what gorgeous eyes she has, and how whenever you look at her you just can't stop, because she's so beautiful. Tell her they're your favorite shade of blue, brown, green, hazel, whatever. You love the way her hair looks when it's down (or up, or however you like it). And she drives you wild when she wears....whatever outfit of hers you really like. Describe in detail what you like about her, besides just her physical attributes, too. Tell her you think she has a great sense of humor and she makes you laugh, even if you've been having a bad day and feel like total crap. You should tell her that all day, no matter where you are, all you can think about is her, and that you can't wait to see her, that seeing her is the highlight of your day.
That should do the trick.

gorgeous, like a flower IE; an orchid or brilliant colored rose, eyes that remind u of emeralds or the color of a lightning flash or the brightness of a deep yellow sunset.
