Beauty is in the eye of the beholder .We have different views on what is pretty .Some think Tall thin are beautiful , some Heavy and short , dark skin , light skin , etc.,. Your asking this Why ? How do you feel about you ? If your not happy then ask yourself why not .And maybe change your looks or personality (both maybe ) .We don't know you .And there are truly beautiful ( in my eyes) people that are ugly when they talk ! Yes inside matters as well as outside looks .

To ask such a question, you probably are, however, your lack-of- self-confidence blurs your vision, and you can't even see yourself. There's nothing wrong with not being the "center-of-attention."
Know this: "Pretty is, as, Pretty does." That means to not compromise yourself, in an effort to be "prettier." Because it all boils down to attention. If you love and respect yourself, you will never ask that question, again.
