Soak 4 almonds in water all night, peel it and take it in morning everyday and there is one almond oil that can also be consumed with milk half spoon daily. Along with regular meditation for half an hour can increase your remembering power.

There are quite a few herbal supplements for better focus and memory. Any healthstore will have them. Also, if you smoke marijuana, that'll impair memory bc the THC sticks to the fat cells that line your brain--since THC is fat soluble, so you wouldn't pee it out like excess vitamin C. If you do smoke now and quit, you'd probably see a change in about a month. Green and black teas help TONS!! Coffee is good once in awhile for small doses of caffine. Also, for every hr of sleep u miss a nite, u have to make it up with two more. Sleep deprivation effects memory adversely, too. Try ginko biloba also.

I use to ask my son when he got home from school every day to tell me one thing that he had learned that day. And by him knowing that I would ask him this question every afternoon, he would remember a ton more than just one thing because he would wonder if this or that was the thing he should tell me when he got home. This might work for you only instead of going home and telling your mother what you had did, you could write it in a journal, in fact, record as much of your day as possible. Remembering takes a little practice but in time we get better at it. Watch less TV as we all know that it is a brain killer.

meditate, do other centering types of activities , like qi gong or yoga.
take quality ginko biloba supplements and a good quality multivitamin. i've heard omega 3 (from fish oil, flax oil) is good for the brain. you might want to investigate other vitamins. consider altering your diet -- there are certain vegetables, fruits, etc., that are supportive to your body, and ones that aren't.
see an acupuncturist, and voice yr issues. they will be able to treat you for memory related issues and also give you herbs that will help.
also, explore www.wholehealthmd.com under the purple or orange tab. there's LOTS of good info in there.

if you smoke pot, quit! or if you do other drugs. Do you take a medication a regular basis that could cause this? You may just be preoccupied with life and don't really pay attention. good luck
