THIS IS CALLED MASTURBATING AND IS EXTREMLY NORMAL FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN. IN FACT IF ANYONE CLAIMS THEY HAVE NOT MASTURBATED, THEY ARE A LIAR. THIS ACTIVITY, BE IT ONCE IN A WHILE OR MANY TIMES A DAY EACH AND EVERY DAY, WILL NOT CONTRIBUTE TO INFERTILITY.

Hello, firstly I assume that you are 19 years old given the years in your question... and I assume that you have not had much experience given the question you ask. There is absolutely no proven evidence that inserting one or many fingers into your vagina will cause any problem concieving later in life or cause fertility problems. It is perfectly natural for women to experiment with masturbation and theres a lot of other things they insert into their vaginas than just fingers, so I can safely assure your friend that she is not causing any problems to herself. But for more pleasure maybe you can suggest her to use a vibrator which , together with your fingers can give a lot of pleasure to women. Hope this help

Absolutely not! Tell your friend to keep on inserting her finger. It's actually a good thing to do. I'm assuming she does this because it feels good? That's called an orgasm. It's great for skin tone, blood flow and blood pressure...health. AND it strengthens the muscles she will need for childbirth. The only caution I would give that her fingers should be clean as dirty nails and hands can introduce bacteria which can cause an infection that would be uncomfortable. Anyone who tells you this finger thing is bad is trying to keep you in the dark about sexual gratification. And that is very bad for women.

I would probably advise against inserting ANYTHING into the cervix. It could introduce bacteria, causing an infection, though I don't think the chances are great.
The vagina has a pretty good self-protective system, though, and many, many (most) women and girls play around in there.
Either way, as long as there have been no symptoms of illness, all is probably well.

Benji,
Your friend is Normal, what she is doing is called masterbation. It is called self pleasuring. Around 14yrs of age, during puberty a girl goes thru physical body changes and hormonal changes. This affects the sexuality of the girl and increases the urge for insertion in the vagina.
Masterbation is normal to everyone during the puberty phase and continues thru life as a form of activity used when aroused and the act of sex can not be performed.
