i read that paper so many time but i did not understand what its news paper or advertistment paper....

if u under stand say me "i understand",
if u dont understand say me " i dont understand"
if u dont understand n u say me "i understand" or
if u understand n u say me " i dont understand"
then how could i know that u understand????? did u understand?
