a person with purpose has two kinds of goals in life- Short term goals and Long term goals, Men see the larger aspects of life with longterm goal in mind, whereas women who are genetically designed for multi-tasking are adept at short term goals. I am not saying shorterm goals are less important, it is as important as long term goals. (men and women are equal and do their respective jobs perfectly). The point i am trying to convey is that there are many short term goals compared to the very few long term goals, and since the women are good at fast decision making in ST goals their decisions change according to the situation. they far more perfect in understanding a situation requiring sudden attention than long term planning.
i am not trying to present a steriotypical image, because there are women who can do long term planning and threre are men who can do short term, but due to societal factors and genetic makeup i am representing the present picture of the capabitlities of both the genders.

because women continously check the circumstances and if they change, then our plans have to change too. Look, it's easy; somebody has to pay attention to the small things too, if women don't, then the world would end up watching football and naked channels on TV and playing PS in the company of some beer.
