Take a moment to pamper myself once in awhile. Relieve stress by meditation, yoga, or just kickin' it and watching something on the tube. Music makes me dance, dance makes me feel good about my body. Taking a long walk and breathing the fresh air and wathcing things around me makes me appreciate the fact that I am here, and in the body I am in.

Love your mind and your ideas. Once you realize that the inside of you is beautiful, then everything about you becomes beautiful. Take care of your body. Put good things in it, not just things that you like. Surround it by people who love their body and who encourage you to be a better person; who encourage you to treat your body well.

Appreciate getting up in the morning with working parts and feeling good. I do what I can in terms of diet, exercise and remaining happy and positive to treat my body well....good question.

Just follow the health care procedure.
1.Watch your diet
2.Excersice regularly
3.Take all good herbal's fitted for you
4.Sleep the required time for your age
5.Take your time in everything don't rush,forget all problems
just relax and sip your hot tea slowly.
6 Think positive specially with your partner in bed.

exercise 3x /week, drink lots of water, meditate, and I feel better when I put on nice clothes and do my hair and makeup.
I thank God that I'm healthy, fighting the aging process all the way, have to give in a little.
