I don't think so. I think more and more people will attempt to enter and establish residency, but I also think the US will impsoe stricter immigration guidelines and more stalwart border defenses as the population worldwide continues to rise.

Maybe! studies were done in the 60-70's with rats allowing them to multiply in a given space. As the population grew denser the rats grew more aggressive and finally cannibalistic. They then predicted an increase in crime with increased population density. As land is developed there is less land for cultivation, thus the prediction of humans going the way of the rats.

I think the population will distribute itself through other economic forces. Also I think wealth will become more and more virtual and less space is required... so land itself is less valuable. Also as population becomes wealthier less children per couple are typical. hmmmmm just making this up as I go. Great question. You should get points for asking the great question!! :)
