The original,smooth surface of my garage floor has deteriated from winter salt... Makes alot of dust..Also, the lime or calcium is coming up--- Do i need to prep. the surface before i put down a sealant, etch it, prehaps ?????

I tiled mine with porcelain tile.This tile is strong enough to drive on as long as the tile set is 100%. During the installation, I screwed up one tile and a regular claw hammer wouldn't break it. So I had to use a big sledge hammer. Man is it ever tough !
