Dogs are a friendly companion and friend and pretty well do almost anything it's master tells it to.walking a dog is a easy task and good exercise for master and dog.spending time at the dog park with your friend is a bonding of friendship and trust..Now a cat is alot different that a dog, they are set in their ways and you cannot change it know matter what.Cats are more independed that dogs and more hard headed and really their own boss.Lets put it this way:your cat owns you,you don't own them. I really don't think cats would walk with a collar and leash. You would have every dog in the city after your cat and this wouldn't be a pretty site. So,cats are their own boss and it's simply they will not mind you.Thats why there no cat park...

That is an interesting question. I suppose it is because people don't usually put their cats on a leash and take them for a walk in the park like they do with their dogs. Just a thought.

It would be useful to have cat parks for the cats in this world. We do not have anything like that in Australia. maybe in America you have dog parks. ask yourself this question "do you see people walking their cats?"

Dogs need parks for their regular walks just as we humans do. Cats roam about just about anywhere and dont care much. Moving all over walls, windowsills, rooftops are absolute fine. Who cares about parks?

responsible pet owners.....keep their dogs on leashes...some my not have large yard for dogs to run and play.

Responsible cat owners keep their cats inside where they belong...not under someones tire or crapping in someones yard...or on their house. Most people don't put a leash on a cat.......I'm sure they can take their cat to the dog park....if they really want to.

Dogs are friendly.. you can leash the Dogs.. but not in cat's case..
Cat needs independence.. you cannot leash the cat..

Dogs are friendly that they follow you always.. once its lost you can find it..

But cats are not like that.. you cannot go and search your cat and find it easily in outdoor..

I guess this might be the answer..

cats are more indoorsy than dogs. dogs need to run and play outside inorder to get rid of energy. cats like to sleep all day and play with whatever they can get they're paws on at night...like my face.
damn, I hate cats.
