I would expect they would have about the same power ratings as the current model-year (400 hp @ the flywheel, which translates to something like 330 hp at the rear wheels), and probably about the same price as the current examples (~$35K). Essentially, since they're discontinuing the model in 2008, they're not going to make very many changes between the current models and the '07 models.

if i remember right, there isnt going to be a 07 gto. i think 06 is the last year.
they have 400 horsepower, and run a low 13 second quater mile. thats pretty fast. but they just look dumb. thats why there getting canned, cause GM cant sell them.
if you want my opinion, wait for the camaro, or buy a mustang.

This is a dreamcar. Believe it or not you can add stuff on to make it faster which right off the assembly line is already faster than crap. Everything we've read so far has said that it's fast. But nothing has said anything about being reliable.

it has 400 hp off the asembally line it blows the 07 mustang off the line. the rumel of it sweet. it can be drive by an 87 year old women or 16 year old girl.

hold off the new 2 door charger is coming out. i like the gto for its engine but i alway seem to hit my head getting into the car and im only 6'1. i dont like the body cuz it looks like and big cavilier.

Better get one quick, rumor has it their going to stop production. Their great cars, I got to drive my friends, their quick and agile...Just a little over priced. The interior is classic GM, Plastic and Leather. Theirs not much room to mod the engine though, and theirs not to many mods out for them. It's all your choice though...Your just going to have to hunt for one though, my friend had to drive 300 mile just to get a black one.
