through buddy spy my listed members can detect me, though i am offline to all, my listed members can check me wether i am on net or not,
To even stop that, so they should not find me at all, are there any software.

Use a firewall to let you know who is trying to connect to your computer, thus preventing it. However, when you're using Internet, there will be many connections in and out, so it's hard to know which one is good, and which one is the one trying to spy on you. My recommendation is that you use a web-based messenger like meebo to prevent situation like this.
