Basically just mash buttons - if you have an electric toothbrush, holding the head over the buttons you need to hit works wonders.

there is no "trick". youre gonna have to use really quick fingers. The game is designed to not allow for turbo pads. I do have a tip though, right after Ocelot stops hitting you with high voltage dont stop hitting the button, keep tapping and you will regain some much needed life.

but if not
rub ur finger real quick on the button it hurts after a while and isnt good for the controller if u do it to much but it works i swear
