i don't think you should tell him right away that you like him.. since that might scare him away or make things even more awkward if he doesn't reciprocate those feelings. however, if you're positive that he feels the same way-- go for it!! things can only get better from there..

i understand that if you really like him you may not want to wait 3 months to ask him!you might not like him anymore after 3 months.by then you might think of him as just a friend!you should just talk to him about it if he doesn't feel the same way,just ask him if you can still be friends.after a while he'll probably start liking you then your wish will come true!!if he feels the same way,all the better!!!

Of course you should tell him. If you talk alot then you are friends, right? Well, If you bring up the topic, he should understand. You should maybe start by asking how he feels about you. Or just give little hints and clues that you like him. For example: bring up a hot celebrity, then say something like, "Well he's cute, but not as cute as you." Got it?

Keep talking to him...the weird feeling will go away.
Give it three months before you say anything about how you feel, just keep talking to him.
If he hasn't asked you out after three months of talking every day - THEN it's time to tell him. If it's already the three month mark, yes tell him how you feel and what you're thinking.
