How to loose weight. i am 25 yrs and height is 5.7 what weight would be appropriate

I am 28 years old and the best motivation to loose weight if you are heartbroken. That one always work. I used to weight 225 pounds and I am right now in 145. I keep my weight off drinking energy drinks, specially in the morning. It keeps me hipper and my metabolism running. Also eats a lot of fruits and drinks a gallon of water during the day. In your last meal drink 2 cups of water before your dinner because you will feel full and eat less. Another tip: SHARE ALWAYS YOUR CALORIES!!!!!!! Instead of eating the whole piece of cake divide that between two people so in this way you won't have the temptation to eat it completely. I do that with my kids. Good luck!!!!

140 to 145 for a male with the height of 5'7" is the average. If your not overweight where it can cause health problems and stay active a heavier weight is fine.

You should weight about 125-130. If you are over weight then you should eat three meals a day and walk at least twice a day.
You must eat a green veggie once a day.

I am 5' 7" also. I checked it out myself about 6 days ago. 145 pounds for a guy OR girl at that height is healthy and average/normal.

Honestly, it all depends on your frame and muscle tone. You could be at the heavier end of the spectrum if you are really "buff". If you are lanky you are going to weigh less. With that said...I would put your range between 135-150.

I am 5.10 ft tall, and I weigh about 140 pounds. So you should weigh about maybe 140 pounds also cause guys should be heavier then girls. I lose weight by doing colorguard, and by bike riding. I lost 20 pounds from bike riding and swimming. Anyway it doesn't matter how much you weigh, its how comfortable you feel, dont let others say your fat or overweight.

I think your weigth should be 140-150 . If you want to lose weight try joining a sport or take dancing lessons trust me youl lose a lot of weight dancing.
