At 21 weeks, many women do not feel pregnant for several reasons, especially if it is the first pregnancy.
1. you are past the morning sickness phase
2. this phase of pregnancy is where you usually feel really well
3. your aren't showing yet or jare ust barely showing
Give it a few more weeks and you will know without a doubt that you are definitely pregnant. Congratulations!

I am 23 weeks pregnant and I feel so pregnant.....but I guess that is because I am on total and complete bed rest til the end. I have been on bed rest since i was 14 weeks. Enjoy it while you can because you will probably feel pregnant when you hit your 3rd trimester. You will be feeling your baby move more frequently and then once again you will be going to the bathroom more often.

If you're 21 weeks and you don't feel pregnant. It must be your first pregancy. At that stage, you don't waddle or feel all that weight and pressure. Actually, the 2nd trimester is probably the most comfortable you will feel, your whole pregnancy. It's once you hit the 3rd that you REALLY start feeling pregnant. Enjoy it while you can!

if you dont feel pregnant, then you should probably go for a check-up. probably something's wrong with the foetus.
