It sounds like a product sold using Infomercials or on Home Shopping Network.
I found it in some Spanish language websites, but my translator won't translate it.
When spoken it sounds like pubic hair. We know what that is.
It could be a nice name for a std treatment.
Maybe it is the new moniker for Canada's health system.

It sounds like pubic hair down there in your body and in your armpits. Yeah, that's pubic hair. Isn't Pubicare a cream to remove pubic hair? ha ha ha. ; )
