I'm 15 and I contribute my articles to the school magazine. You mean by popular magazines?

There's no real age limit for publishing. You just need the money and access to a printer/copier. If you're publishing a fanzine, many people do them for very little money.

Here's a guide to many aspects of fanzines:

No age restriction on owning a company. Just need to have the drive and someone willing to publish you.

You can publish your own zine! Write your own articles (or get your friends to contribute), draw pictures, take photos, and either do the layout by cutting and pasting or on your computer. You can photocopy or print copies and distribute them on your own or through a distro.
