You can do it by velocity. It would mean you have to disentegrate to a point where you are travelling so fast you pass to a small hole without damaging it. It would be at a speed close to the speed of light and your entire body enters the hole pretty much all at the same time.

since the body is mostly water, you could squeeze thru after you disentegrated
