I don't want you to feel ignored and at the same time I want to share my insights. Though I think you should really go to the doctor, don't ask people on the internet. It could save your life to go to a free clinic if you can and you don't have enough $. But from the signs you might have heart related problems or diabetes or could be anything like high blood pressure. Just relax, figure out a way to relax. It helps the body in so many ways. Begin by doing some yoga and mind relaxation techniques. Trust me, it will only help you not do antyhging else.

If you've had these problems for a while, I would suggest seeing someone who would know best. I know it's scary facing the truth about things, but wouldn't it be better knowing that everything is OK? I always freak out al ittle before I go and se a a Dr.-but it always puts me at ease after I do. If you find a really good family practioner, or even go to a free clinic-Someone there should be able to answer your questions. You'll sleep better knowing that everything's ok-and even if it's not, than there will be someone to help you. Don't be afraid to go see a professional-That's what they're there for & they'll do the best that they can to help you. Go with someone you trust and make a day of it if you're uneasy-But PLEASE-go see someone if you're worried. You'l be much happier and healthier if you know what's going on wot your body. Take care!

FRom what all you write, you are suffering from low blood oxygen, low blood pressure too. To take care of sinus as well as nose block, neti is the drugless approach.
Visit ayurvedaonline yahoo group and search many messages which give the proper procedure for carrying out Neti. It will help even depression, if it is bothersome for you.

From how you explained it seems you're suffering from heart problems. You could be experiencing congestive heart failure or valve issue. Your heart is not pumping enough blood resulting in low blood pressure which causes light headedness and difficulty of breathing due to insufficient supply of hemoglobin which carries oxygen to your body.
With regards to your irregular heart beat, you could be having an atrial fibrillation. The heart is not contracting properly it is just quivering so the blood that it pumps out is insufficient. You have to go and see your doctor immediately. This is very serious.

ok, there could be a couple of reasons for this:

1.your blood pressure could get either extremely low or high.
2. oxygen could be low.
3.you could even be diabetic.

now, when you do get dizzy you are supposed to sit down and put your head down, lay it down on something while sitting up. you should tell your doctor about this because if you are diabetic you need treatment.

If you think your problem is very serious (as you said in your question) why havent you had it checked out?

Noone on here will be able to correctly diagnose you, as these are symptoms of many problems, some mild, some serious. Chances are you need tests to find out what it is so the only answer is to go to a doctor in this case.

Sounds to me like you are having heart problems. You need to get checked out immediately. You already know your heartbeat is irregular. Heart complications usually accompany dizziness or lightheadedness. As far as the nose, different problem- sinus, like you said. Get checked out soon, please.
