why does Michael Jackson wear one glove? same thing... just a way of starting their own trend/ fashion statement... and he obviously likes the way they look on him..

Because he wants to look mysterious and what better way to do that, than by not showing his eyes so that you can truly see him, when all the while he can see you.
It's a great ploy and it certainly gets him noticed and has people talking about him. Great public relations campaign.
