The system you want is a specialized, self-leveling hydraulic suspension set-up available on Cadillacs, Lincolns and more than a few custom low-riders. Since Honda didn't make it stock, you will have to get a custom system, and that will cost you upwards of $2,500 (parts and labor). There are probably many hot rod and/or import tuning shops that will be willing to make the conversion for you.

If you want to go the cheaper way, Koni makes gas-charged adjustable shocks for Hondas of that year. They're anywhere from $150-$260 a piece, but if you want different ride heights for your car depending on the kind of driving you're doing, they're the way to go...and they'll wind up costing you far less than the installation and maintenance of a custom hydraulics system.

Airbags don't lift a car up. It would cost over $600 to do that though. You would need a new suspension (if yours is stock).

Don't get bags..... they tear and burst, leaving you slammed and scrapping.... go with a good drop, Tiens or Eibachs. Plus an air setup is gonna cost you at least $1500+....
