Umm, OK. Well it's pretty much near impossible for us to help when we don't know your specs. Try providing the following whenever asking for PC help:

- Make/model of PC (if you didn't build it yourself)
- Version of Windows
- Make/Model/Version of any hardware/software you are asking about
- Let us know if this ever worked for you
- When did the problem start?
etc...

OK, try this:

1) Go to Tools -> Internet Options
2) Click "Delete Files"
3) When the window comes up, check the option to "Delete all offline content..." and hit OK
4) After your hourglass goes away, click the "Delete Cookies" followed by "OK"

After doing this, close all internet browser windows. Reopen a new one and try again. Please describe the steps you take to log into Yahoo! Mail. Avoid using a favorite that you have saved. Login and click your maill tab.

The Yahoo main page has a listing called "Help" down at the bottom of it's page. Since they are the one supplying the service I'd start with them. They might be able to check the problem and solve it for you or tell you how to solve it. If "Help" isn't the right site then keep searching until you find the Yahoo Customer Service site.
